The system for drop off for an assessment is ridiculous. The SC needs to go back to making appointments for vehicles to be worked on. The appointments for oil change works fine. My vehicle was there for a 1 1/2 weeks for basically an oil change.

Took 3 weeks before even looking at my vehicle with no communication. Just would like to know what the progress is one way or the other.
