The experience could not have been better from my first phone call to the sales department to see what color vehicles were available until my purchase. I was so fortunate that Jenna Tomlin aka Jenna Black that answered the cold call. She worked with me from beginning to end and made sure that I had all the pertinent information about the two RDXs that were available in the Silver color that I wanted. No question I asked went answered. She also volunteered to meet my husband and I in Orange, Texas, on the morning we traveled from Lake Charles, Louisiana, to make sure that we arrived at the new location of Classic Acura since moving into its new facility. Her extra efforts made us feel comfortable about coming to Classic Acura to possibly purchase a vehicle on Friday, August 6th. She also explained all the features both cars we were considering. She also took us on drives in the car explaining the different features that the car had to offer. Jenna was very professional and could have not put more effort into making us feel comfortable about our decision to eventually purchase the car. Jenna is an excellent professional employee that Classic Acura is blessed to have on their team. She gives 200 percent to her effort to make the experience as easy on the customer as possible through her genuine concern to make sure the customer is comfortable with the choice and decision. No question and/or concern is too small for Jenna not to address and make sure you are comfortable with her explanation. She went the extra mile it took to make my husband and I feel like we were making a decision that was the right one for us and we drove back to Lake Charles in our new Acura "happy campers". Jenna also made it clear to us that if we had any questions once we got home about something about the car to not hesitate to call her. SHE WAS AWESOME!
